I have personally wholesaled properties in over a dozen states nationwide. I currently have teams operating in Ohio, Florida, Atlanta and Indiana. I also have and am currently coaching students throughout the nation to get deals closed. I virtually and locally wholesale houses, so my strategies work no matter where you are in America or Canada. Laws vary by state however, so I always recommend my clients have a lawyer to consult with before jumping into any new area. 

That totally depends on your commitment level (time, financial, effort). My average client has earned their first commission check within 4-6 weeks. It's mostly about taking action. I only work with select clients that I believe have a realistic chance to succeed. If you apply for my coaching and I believe you have what it takes, I'll take you on as a client and help you get there. But I can't do your pushups for you. It's going to take time and effort and some financial commitment to get things up and rolling. And once you're in motion you'll have a full fledged wholesaling business working FOR YOU.
